We need  Emergency \nHousing Protections NOW. &nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tacoma Tenants Organizing Committee along with the Washington \nState Tenants Union demand our representatives enact these policies now:\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>90-day Moratorium on Evictions, Foreclosures &amp; Utility Shut-offs; Close the Loop-hole on Pay or Vacate Notices; <\/li><li>Three year Moratorium on Rent Increases; <\/li><li>Moratorium on Accumulation of Late Fees; <\/li><li>90-day Rent &amp; Mortgage Freeze; <\/li><li>Protect the Safety of the Most Vulnerable, the Unhoused; <\/li><li>Push for statewide measures to uphold permanent protections of all tenants across Washington State: <ul><li>Lifting the Constitutional Ban on Rent Control Enact statewide;<\/li><li>Rent Control similar to Oregon and California\u2019s recent meas ;<\/li><li>Just Cause Protections.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will you join us?
